1. Abstract:

Administrator can create certification test for operators to take, operators will be qualified to repair specific products or repair in specific stations when they pass the certification test in order to ensure the repair quality of every operators.

1. Add new certification

1.1 Service center/Education Training/Job Certification, click【Add】to add certification, and choose warranty provider/ Station/PN/Qualified score/Certification effective time/Questiontype/Certifier/Delay time 

Description:

Certification Effective time: Equity start and end date

Delay time: When current equity expired, next certification effective period

1.2 Click【Historical certification】to view every historical certification record, click【】to view certification info, and click【Equity status】to add operating equity for products and stations

1.3【 】to viw list of operators status，【 】to copy certification, 【 】to view certification info,【 】to view certified operators, 【 】to edit certification, 【 】 to delete

2. For operators

2.1 Service center/Education Training/Job Certification(Operator),【 】to start the certification,【 】to view record, 【 】to view certification status

2.2【Equity status】to searcch equity for operators

2.3 When the effective time is less than day to be expired, 【 】will change into【 】, which can start certification to extend equity

3. After pass the certification for product PN and station equity, operators are qualified to start operations in Service center/ Progress Control/ Progress maintenance
