Based on user experience of our customers and information security, wareconn platform will officially update login rules at 2022/08/25(Thursday) in order to solve data error and other problems due to multiple users logging in to the same account at the same time.

1. Abstract:

New login rules will be "For an account, only one device (IP) could log in at the same time; If another device (IP) try to log in when there is already an logged-in user, the previous user will be logged out automatically, and the system will send notifications to both devices."

2. Portal: Warranty Provider/ Customer/ Service Center

3. Detail:

3-1. If account X has logged in with A device, and when someone try to log in the same account X with B device, the system will send a notification to Bdevice like image below:

3-2. If user of B device click 【Continue】, the system will send a notification to A device like image below and the user of A device will be logged out.
