The big data functions introduced today are mainly for equipment, machines, etc. The big data functions will base on warranty and repair records of product’s serial numbers to forecast product’s quality and forecast failure/repair time.

1)    Quality analysis

One-stop generate multiple quality chart, such as lifetime chart. Calculate and generate MTBF, MTTF, MTTR, yield rate in order to help customers know comprehensive product’s quality information in a glimpse.

2)   Lifetime and failure forecast

Big data functions can forecast machine lifetime and failure time by mathematical model for reliability analysis, you can also obtain the most fitted result by both parametric method or non-parametric method. The parametric method is based on the theory basis of reliability analysis and failure analysis—Weibull Distribution. With the parameters, we can forecast product’s future warranty time.

These forecast functions can help customer forecast failure, improve equipment usage, reduce pause time and increase efficiency about 50%.

3)    Parts’ quality statistics

Large equipment or machine contains lots of parts, it’s difficult to do statistics for every replacement and repair, however, wareconn can track every repair progress and replacement record. Furthermore, combined with big data analysis, we can also provide parts quality analysis and generate multiple parts’ quality charts.

4)   Future functions

Q：How to purchase professional version for customer

A：If you haven’t registered wareconn account, please click  on the top right of the homepage，and select professional version for customer to register and purchase.

If you already had wareconn account, after login, please go to Basic information → Account management, select the account that needed to purcahse and click  to purcahse the professional version for customer.

After you purchase the professional version for customer, wareconn will automatically assign big data analysis permission to your accounts.
